After some digging around, I found an area where I could let them know the reference order number and ask what the problem was. I clicked the link and was taken to a page seemingly designed to discourage any real inquiry. There were no specifics, just a link to customer support and a reference order number. Then an email soon followed with the subject line: Problem With Your Groupon Order. The app showed that the order was placed (just over $53). I entered my credit card information and mailing address and placed the order.
